Beacons Catering was absolutely fantastic for our wedding at Taughannock Falls State Park. Everything was extremely professional from start to finish. The team was perfectly on time, handled setup and breakdown seamlessly, and even helped us with some extra decorations we had gathered. The food and drinks were amazing—our guests are still talking about them! The vegetarian lasagna was especially popular, and every dish was beautifully prepared and served. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Beacon Events & Catering enough. Our experience working with Kelly was incredible from start to finish. We worked back and forth together for nearly a year and all the while she remained incredibly responsive, concise and clear in her communication, great at answering all our questions, and she was beyond kind, helpful, caring, and diligent. It was so clear that working with us was not just another catering "sale", Kelly genuinely wanted us to love the catering at our wedding and wanted to help make it everything we wanted it to be. The food on the other hand was just as lovely as our experience with Kelly! Our guests gave us so many compliments and we were really happy with how it all turned out. I look back with nostalgia on the food we had that day and thank them immensely for making it all so delicious. If you're looking for a caterer for your wedding or event, don't hesitate for another minute on working with Kelly and staff at Beacon. They're wonderful people, the food is delicious, and there is no doubt that you will be pleased!

We worked with Beacon Events and Catering for our fall wedding at the farmers market. Kelly was phenomenal to work with during the planning process. The day of, Beacon handled setting up and breaking down rentals and serving the most amazing food to our guests. Everyone raved about how amazing the food was, including the food truck! They even made sure we got a plate to eat to enjoy it. The bar was quick and efficient for our guests. Each staff member we worked with over the day was so nice and accommodating. Overall, an amazing experience; would highly recommend for anyone considering for a wedding or an event.

Fantastic kick-off to a wonderful wedding weekend thanks to ITH Hospitality! We are from North Carolina and needed to work 100% remotely on plans for a wedding eve picnic at the Large Pavilion at Stewart Park for about 80 guests. I expected the process to be somewhat nerve-wracking, but thanks to the wonderful Kelly Starr and team, it was anything but. Collaborative and helpful from the moment I reached out, they provided all the key elements for a joyful event that people are still raving about. ITH’s menu options were many, and well-suited to pleasing a crowd with a diverse range of dietary needs and preferences; it was easy to stay within a reasonable budget and still have enough variety to make everyone happy. That said, the Korean short ribs and brownies in particular could have had their own fan clubs – people went back for seconds and thirds all evening. We also opted for the beer and wine package, which afforded many great choices, including local and regional favorites that the bride and groom wanted to introduce to their guests. The Large Pavilion is just that – large! – and I was a little concerned about the cost and effort that might be needed to dress it up a bit for

Beacon did our wedding and rehearsal dinner in Trumansburg and Hector NY. They were amazing! The level of professionalism and flexibility to make our wedding happen was priceless!!!
